Salmon should Quit as MP

Leading Lib Dem, Alistair Carmichael has called on the First Minister to quit his Westminster seat. It comes on the 100th day since Salmon last spoke in the Commons. Earlier this week, it emerged that he has broken a pledge to collect one salary after it emerged he had still been receiving both his MP's and MSP's salaries. Apparently it was just too difficult to only take one salary.

Mr Salmon's office claim both sets of constituents knew his intention was to become first minister, which it said is his priority - the fact that they never believed it would happen was incidental. He has not made an appearance in London since May.

Alittlefishy.net wonders when the First Minister was last in Banff?
